Step 1: Please complete the Product Return form below.

Step 2: You will receive an email notification after submission, please print two copies of the email.

Step 3: Keep one copy for your records and include one copy with the product being returned.


Swiftpoint warrants all “Z”, “GT” & “ProPoint” products to be free of manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  If you believe your mouse is faulty, please first review the technical help in our support Tips and FAQs .  If you need further assistance, please contact our customer services team to discuss the issue (click here for contact details)

Submit a product return

  • Select the payment method you used for your Swiftpoint purchase.
  • Order number as shown on the invoice emailed to you when you purchased from Swiftpoint.
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
