Shipping policy
Swiftpoint to most countries worldwide and aim to dispatch purchases within 48 hours of order. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are displayed against each shipping option. Our aim is for you to receive your purchase as soon as possible within these times, however, sometimes factors outside of our control may result in delays. If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, please monitor the status of your product through the tracking number emailed to you. If you feel that there may be a problem with the delivery of your purchase, please submit a ticket to our support team so that we can investigate the situation further.
Order Confirmation Emails
Once you confirm your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you. This allows you to check the accuracy of your order and shipping address. If you don’t receive this email soon after placing the order, please check your junk mail folder. If for some reason, you are unable to locate this email, please contact our support team.
Shipping for the Swiftpoint Z3:
Tracking information will be provided 3 - 4 days after placing your order.
When shipping commences, Z3 purchases will take around 3-4 days to be moved from our warehouse to your local courier. This means the tracking link you are sent may not show any information for the first few days after receiving the initial tracking link. Rest assured, your tracking link will be updated as soon as it's with the final courier.
